Our website uses no tracking cookies or advertising scripts. Our mobile apps may use advertising SDKs and in-app purchases. Below, we explain the information involved and the choices available to you.
1. Who we are and what this covers
VoltixGames develops and publishes mobile apps and games. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit voltixgames.com, contact us, or use mobile apps and games published under the VoltixGames name. An app-specific notice, where provided, explains any additional features or practices for that app.
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Please include the app name and your request so we can identify the relevant service.
2. Visiting this website
This website has no user accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics scripts, contact-form database, or tracking cookies. Pages, styles, scripts, and illustrations are served from our own website; we do not load third-party fonts or embedded advertising.
To deliver and protect the website, our hosting infrastructure processes technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Operational logs may be kept for troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
3. Information handled in our apps
Our apps may include advertising supplied by Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and AppLovin, and optional in-app purchases through Google Play or Apple’s App Store. The providers present in an individual app depend on that app’s configuration.
- Device and connection information: advertising identifiers (where permitted), vendor and app-set identifiers, IP address, device model, operating system, language, app version, and network information.
- Advertising and usage information: ad impressions, clicks, video interactions, app interactions, and advertising performance information.
- Approximate location: advertising providers may infer approximate location from your IP address. This does not mean our apps request GPS access.
- Diagnostics: crash information, errors, and performance data processed by an included SDK.
- Purchase information: product identifiers, transaction or purchase tokens, purchase status, and receipts needed to validate or restore purchases. Apple or Google processes your payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Support information: your email address and any information you choose to send with a support request.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information when contacting support. App permissions, consent screens, and store privacy disclosures provide further information for the version you install.
4. How information is used
Information is used to operate and improve our apps; deliver, measure, and limit advertising; validate purchases and restore entitlements; diagnose problems; prevent fraud and abuse; answer support requests; and comply with legal obligations. Advertising may be personalized where allowed and where the required consent or permission has been obtained. Non-personalized ads can still involve processing device or advertising information.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for optional tracking and personalized advertising, performance of a contract to provide requested features and purchases, legitimate interests for security and essential service operations, and legal obligations for required records. You may withdraw consent through the available in-app privacy controls or your device settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Advertising providers and sharing
Advertising SDKs can collect information directly from your device and share it with their service providers and advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization. Their processing is described in their policies:
- Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps (AdMob).
- Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy (Unity Ads).
- AppLovin Privacy Policy.
- Google and Apple process store purchases under their respective policies.
We may also disclose information to hosting and support providers acting for us, when required by law, to protect users and our services, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell support correspondence. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws; the available opt-out rights depend on your location and the provider’s processing.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can manage advertising and tracking permissions through your Android or iOS privacy settings, and through in-app consent settings where available. You can also use the privacy choices offered by the providers linked above. Denying tracking permission does not necessarily remove advertising.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain advertising disclosures. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the data, and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
For information held directly by an advertising provider or app store, use that provider’s privacy request tools. We cannot delete records held independently by Apple, Google, or advertising providers on your behalf.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information we control only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including resolving support requests, maintaining purchase entitlements, preventing fraud, and meeting legal recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable obligations. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized.
You can request deletion of information you provided to VoltixGames by emailing us with the app name and relevant details. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes; we will explain any applicable exception. Deleting an app removes its locally stored data, but does not automatically erase information already held by us or third-party providers. Providers apply their own retention policies.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we control, including encrypted website connections when served over HTTPS and limiting access to information needed for operations. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards must be used for international transfers, such as contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism. See the relevant provider’s privacy policy for its transfer practices.
9. Children’s privacy
Age suitability is stated in each app’s store listing. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Apps directed to children require age-appropriate advertising settings and privacy disclosures. Any child-directed release will need its own applicable notice and controls before it is offered. Parents and guardians can contact us with the app name to ask about its data practices.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our apps, providers, or legal requirements. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes that require notice or consent will be communicated through appropriate channels.
