These Terms of Service govern your use of the VoltixGames website and, where incorporated in an app, apps and games published by VoltixGames. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. App-specific terms and mandatory app-store terms also apply where presented.

2. Using our services
You may use our services for lawful personal purposes, subject to applicable age requirements and the rules of the store through which you obtain an app. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement, a parent or guardian must review and agree to the applicable terms.
You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with other users, manipulate advertising or purchases, or violate intellectual property rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
3. Ownership and license
Our branding, original content, software, and designs belong to VoltixGames or their respective licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the app or its content.
Third-party names and trademarks, including Google Play and the App Store, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of VoltixGames.
4. In-app purchases and virtual items
Some apps offer optional paid features or virtual items. The price and purchase conditions are shown before you buy. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store and are subject to that store’s payment, refund, and cancellation rules, together with applicable consumer law.
Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred except where explicitly supported. Consumable items may not be restorable. Non-consumable purchases can be restored where supported using the same store account. If an app offers subscriptions, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method must be disclosed before purchase. Manage subscriptions through your app-store account.
For billing or refund requests, use the store’s support process. For missing content, contact us with the app name and order reference. Do not send full payment-card details.
5. Ads and third-party services
Our apps may display advertising from AdMob, Unity Ads, and AppLovin. Ad availability, content, and rewards depend on the app and provider. Interacting with an advertisement may take you to a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not control third-party websites or services. Report inappropriate ads to us with the app name and, if possible, a screenshot or description.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on our website and in our apps, including advertising and purchase providers. App-specific disclosures and consent choices apply where provided.
7. Updates and availability
We may improve, update, or discontinue features. Some features require compatible devices, an internet connection, or current app-store services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.
Where we materially change or discontinue a paid service, we will provide notice and any remedy required by applicable law or the relevant app-store rules. We may restrict access for a material breach of these terms where legally permitted.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsupported modifications, or failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies available in your country. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
9. Applicable law and resolving issues
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not remove protections or legal rights granted by the mandatory laws of your place of residence, including any right to bring a claim before a competent local court. No exclusive court venue is imposed by these terms.
